Having just acquired a secondhand Megger 1552 with no calibration cert, I need to attend to this pdq. Can I use a checkbox and record my checks in a log, or do I need to get it officially calibrated before I can do that? Any advice on type/brand/features of checkboxes, or are they all much of a...

hello guys going to join the niceic soon but my mft 1502/2 calibration cert has ran out, does anyone know if i can just put it on a checkbox or will the inspector have a gimp and start swearing at me,also what else do i have to have, i,ve heard i,ve got to have a copy of the h&s at work act 74

New MFT's and calibration

Hi, I have two new multi function testers (Megger 1553 and a fluke 1653b) as they are new do they need to be calibrated or will the manufacturer’s calibration certificate be ok for the first year?

what is the recommended life of a calibration for megger test equipment, not had mine tested since new and wondered how long is acceptable before having them re-calibrated?
