    Competent enough to do commercial?

    Morning all, I have been asked to do some commercial work (shops) and was wondering if there is any other qualification I need to be able to do such work? highest cert I have is 17th edition. I know that part P is for domestic so could that mean I can do commercial? thanks Scott
