Led remote control colour changing lighting problem

Hi My son has a remote controlled colour changing led light in his room. A light blew earlier, I replaced it, but the switch wasn't working. I checked the wiring reconnected the fuse and now the lights won't turn off. It's definately wired correctly. Is there something within the relayitself...

Changing Live MCB.

IS A BIG NO NO. A while ago I saw a picture of what resulted when an Electrician attempted to change an MCB in a live 32 way board. Melted copper blobs everywhere. Anyone know where I can get a copy of such a picture please. Need to educate a non technical minded management.

Shower downgrade

Quick question guys shower needs downgrading was 10.5kw Cable is 6mm on 40amp 60898 30mA RCD. The 10.5kw element has failed so have advised customer a 8.5kw is more suitable for the cable/fuse size. Do I need to issue a EICR for this as I'm changing the load. I remember someone on here...
