Radial circuit breaker

Hi everyone Just a quick question.With the new regs,when installing a radial in 2.5mm cable the max CB to use must not exceed 20A.Will it be okay for me to install a 16A CB seeing that this is below the max permitted? Thanks! C

Generator Circuit Breaker

For a synchronizing circuit breaker of some turbo generator, what should be the location of thr isolator? I mean should it be on generator side i.e. before circuit breaker or at the opposite side i.e. after circuit breaker? What I have observed so far is the Ist case i.e. on generator side but...

how many cables can you fit in to a circuit breaker

anyone know the reg on how mainy cable can go into a circut breaker . i know on a ring there will be 2 , shower ther will be 1,cooker 1, what about lighting circuits . I was doing some work in a shop and some other spark is fitting new emg lights he is wiring them out off the lighting 6 amp...

More than one circuit on breaker

I have found in my house on the downstairs ring main that three lives are terminated into the 32A circuit breaker, two are for the ring main as you would expect; the third is for a socket below the fuseboard, to all intents and purposes its just a spur and electrically wise its sound. Just...
