This is in my own home.
I have just replaced a REDRING eco 7 time controller with Newlecs version as the whole component stopped working.
The wiring was basically the same.
Put the fuse back in..Nothing...
Recently i was called to a breakdown where i came across a fault that untill now im not 100% sure what was going on. i checked between live and earth at the load end of the final circuit and got 230V but only 50V between live and neutral, the circuit was protected by a 20a type b mcb however...
Wire them in series. Does it matter which way u have them. Because the time clock is there they obv wanna turn off before photocell detects day light.
So i can not really see if it makes a diofference if u go photocell to time clock or vice versa. Thanks

i am aware time clocks switch inductive loads, not capacitive, but would it be ok to switch 6 flouresant 5ft fittings? if not, could itbe done another way?:confused:
