OK so I have a customer who won't pay ( claim not to have the money).
Its a shop due to open tommrow and its not finished, there are bits missing all over and only a couple of circits temp connected.
Should I do a EDN to cover my arse as its not finished or tested.
I wonder if anyone has some good stories of really easy call-outs made a lot more difficult by the customer's rather fixed views. Here is my starter for ten:
A call out for a MCB for ring final circuit tripping. Customer had serious attitude, absolutely convinced it was the kettle causing it...
Does anybody read 61439-3 normative? There wrote: "Verification of the cabapility of the CDB (customer DB) to withstand a 16kA fault". Does it means that all CBs (lighting, fridge, climate, oven, etc...) in any houshold DB should be at least 16kA?

So a customer of mine has just had his fire extinguishers tested and for some reason the guy doing the fire extinguisher check removed this 600x600 flat LED panel and looked above it and said that what he sees is not safe and it's a fire risk.
He proceeded to quote £600 to have 7 of these...
Right, I have read so many threads and have been reading regs for the past 2 hours and cannot come to a conclusion without contradicting myself...
I have a customer who has ordered a 6ft x 6ft hot tub, 20amp, and a 12ft x 8ft summerhouse.

Hi all,

A customer has asked me to quote to fit some more sockets in the room pictured below, and I suggested another 4 doubles just to ensure they have enough. Do you think another 4 doubles Is sufficient?

A good customer of mine has bought a brand new house, with existing outside sockets of the Lap brand, fitted by the builders, I don't know who did the electrical work.
