    DIY Light switch wiring help

    Trying to wire parents light switch they havnt had working for a year or two. 2 red wires 2 black wires no sleeves on any. And an earth. Wires are live and tested, going into dimmer switch. With L1 L2 and Wavy symbol. Any ideas?
