    Can i get out of doing the ecs????

    I passed my 17th eddition full course less than 5 years ago, is this a nvq 3 qualification,? as the ecs have exemptions for having to do the ecs test and having an nvq 3 is one of them, or am i barking up the wrong tree, all advice greatly recieved :confused::confused:

    health&safty cs or ecs or jib!what

    im getting confused im a jib(approved spark )havnt been on site for 16yrs im not allowed to wire a house need part p! ,i also need 17th to go back AS approved elec,and a health&safty test, man things have changed in 16 yrs,what i see that hasnt is the agencey rates, ok so ill go on site...

    I have applied for many jobs requiring a CSCS card but i thought as an electrician it would be more beneficial to have an ECS card - which do you have if any and are they just a con or worth having one anyway whilst looking for a job?
