SJIB (Scottish) Certification Scheme company thinking about coming out of sjib

hi guys,new to this and my 1st post. my employer is thinking about coming out of the sjib. they say it is only the employee that gains from being in it,is this a pile of nonsense and if so what benefits does my employer get from being in the sjib? thanks,your feedback is much appreciated.

No employer to get NVQ 2356

After not being able to get an apprenticeship in north east last year i did the college course and have the qualifications 2330 level 2 + 3 ect I now need the on site nvq to become fully qualified. I was wondering whether there was any colleges offering this since im unable to find an employer...
