    Light not getting enough voltage??!!!

    Have a problem with an upstairs light that only seems to be receiving 38 volts. Any ideas why? All the other upstairs lights are fine. Have access to the loft but the owner has nailed a wooden floor to the joists so will be a bit of a pain gaining access! Thanks
