storage heaters and flexible cable.
hi, guys, not been on for a while. looking for a bit of advice. friend of mine wants storage heater moved with as little mess or damage as possible. is there a maximum length the heat resistant flex can be run from heater to d/p switch?- gregorabbott

Switches in Flexible Power Cords
It has recently been pointed out to me that EN 60335-1 section 24.2 that switches cannot be used in flexible cords. Why then can I buy a table lamp from a major UK store with a switch in the cord?
