Worth buying this book? Electricians Guide to the Building regs.

Hello all, I've just seen this book mentioned in one of 'Guitarist's' posts. I already have the up to date OSG (green) and red Building regs book. Is this book worth buying? I cant find any helpful reviews that actually explain a bit about what is in it. Thanks.
