Okay, so a while back my old water heater tank for my mobile home finally gave up. It isn't as easy as replacing an element this time, it's totally dead. So I need to install a new tankless water heater and I'm planning on getting the "Ecosmart Eco 18". The plumbing part is a no-brainer, I've...
Just wondering if anyone has come across a Honeywell "Electric Comfort Control" panel, per the attached photo, and knows anything more about it. More for curiosity than anything else. This was in a house I did an EICR for earlier this week.
There are two heating 30A ring final circuits...

Hi all. I'm considering replacing a dual supply storage heater with a panel heater.
There's the timed off-peak radial supply and the ring main available to power the panel heater, so I'm wondering if there's a way to take advantage of the cheaper radial supply when it's active, and switching...
Just looked at a job and the storage heater has a peak and off peak supply to it. These are on different phases.
There is a label on it to warn of this. Not something I’ve seen before though and feels wrong but probably almost inevitable in commercial buildings with storage heaters.
Thoughts.
Im a DIY novice. I have changed central AC thermostat, light fixtures, switches etc. This has me stumped.
I have a 240v single pole baseboard heater with an old mercury thermostat. I would like to replace that thermostat with a Honeywell TL8130A.

Hi Quick question as I can’t seem to find the regulation in the BBB.

On testing the circuit I couldn’t see a thermal cut out. Could you help me out with the appropriate regs regarding these observations.
Thanks...
Hello all, I’m a contractor and pretty decent with electrical. But I’m super stumped. I have only one baseboard heater in my house that will not turn off. I have replaced the thermostat 2 times now, so I’m pretty confident it’s not that. Could there be anything else I’m missing? On a side...
Hello and Happy New Year:
I have a 1950 Cadillac that has been rewired and updated from 6 volts to 12 volts. One accessory which did not get upgraded is the fan for the underheat seater. It seems to run well with a 12 volt feed at high speed.
The problem is with the 2 speed switch. It is...
