    ECS Initial Grade - Sponsorship

    Is it necessary to complete Section 9 of the ECS application form? It asks for employer or sponsorship endorsement details. I currently do not have an employer because I don't have an ECS card. I can't get an ECS card because I don't have an employer. I'm trying to get a trainee card.
