    SJIB (Scottish) Certification Scheme company thinking about coming out of sjib

    hi guys,new to this and my 1st post. my employer is thinking about coming out of the sjib. they say it is only the employee that gains from being in it,is this a pile of nonsense and if so what benefits does my employer get from being in the sjib? thanks,your feedback is much appreciated.

    Hello, the few jobs advertised are looking for electricians with 17th edition and 2391 qualifications. I am getting a new JIB Approved card and was wondering if I should apply for these jobs? What do you guys think? This is pretty damn accurate.
