    Fused Spur Query

    I need to spur off a ring main to two locations a Boiler Control and Downflow heater. Is there anything wrong with installing one 13A fused spur unit adjacent to a socket on the ring main and running both cables out the back of it to seperate fused spur units in the appropriate locations?

    Why can you not use TN-C-S in special locations that are outdoors?

    Regs about DB locations.

    Special locations

    I have to install over basin water heaters in 2 bathrooms as there is no domestic hot water, there is rcd protection in the bathrooms so is it ok to fit an un-switched fused spur in zone 2 as long as the manufacturer permits the plate to be used in this area? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
