Ive gone and lost my lead for my MFT 1552. The lead with the 13amp plug.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a cheap replacement. I expect buyer from megger will be expensive.
Afternoon all
Just bought myself a Megger 1552 and the battery life is showing a 3.2 at the moment - what is the lowest it is safe to work on before I replace the batteries? I understand that a low battery may have an effect on the results...

I'm using windows XP wih a USB blue-tooth adapter.
Any help would be GREATLY appriciated!

I've called around every hire company on the internet, no one has one available for hire. I just called NICEIC, they want £290+ VAT to re-arrange my assessment.
If...
I'm sure I saw a add-on socket box for a Megger MFT that would enable you to do PAT testing on it.
It looked like a Kewtech Socket Adaptor but twice the size with a socket and not a plug. Can't find it anywhere now, have I imagined it?

Greetings.
I am a little confused about the leads on my MFT 1552
According to regulations (GS38), when testing live test leads should be fused.
I don't think standard test leads on a Megger 1552 are.
Does anyone know, I cannot see any way of opening the leads up to have a look if there is a...
as above 1651 52 0 53 or 15020r 1552 anything considered doesnt have to be in great condition or calibrated just all leads crocs and mains lead.

A student of mine had his new toy delivered today (delivery first thing, thank you very much Tester Meter). We've had a play with it and I am surprised to see that it has a method of caculating R1&R2 as what appears to be normal practice.
You turn the dial to Zref, make a loop impedance...
