    Number of panels per string

    Anyone help me I have 14 235w rec panels on 2 strings 7 per string but the inverter doesn't click on under normal light levels because of the voltage isn't enough per string can I put 8 panels on one string and 6 on the other to bump the voltage up for the inverter

    Hi could anyone tell me the correct way to count the number of points served when doing inspection tests, over the years i have seen electricians count lighting circuit points different ways, some have said to just count the light fittings but not the switches eg a single fitting with 2 way...

    Help with identifying BS number for cut out

    Fellas I'd appreciate any thoughts on establishing the correct BS number for the cut out in the attached pics, the head is actually rated at 30 amps max but the cut out fuse is rewireable (3036?) and has been wired with 60amp wire. There is no earth rod and its not TNCS/PME as its not available...

    Lotto, one number away from a nice win

    Fuse Switches BS number and Recommendation Code

    Hi all Can anyone confirm the BS number for a fuseswitch - I believe it's 60947-3 with BS88 used in the supply characteristics. The ceramic guard on L3 is half missing and was going to put Code 1 but it is a commercial building so is that too harsh? Cheers
