I was talking to my superviser the other day and he said when he did the 2391 he was aloud to take the OSG or regs book in to the written exam. I thought you could only take a calc and pens etc. Am I wrong?:confused: Or is he?:p

Could someone explain how "a 30 or 32 A circuit is usually appropiate for household or similiar cookers of rating up to 15kW".
is the key in the words " rating of 15kW" , in that its not a 15kW load??

Has anyone noticed any differences between the New ON-SITE GUIDE and the Big Red 17th Edition regs book?.
I have noticed that some max permitted zs values are different.
For example
OSG says BS EN 60898 TYPE B 32A = 1.16 ohms
and
Main 17th Regs book says BS EN 60898 TYPE B 32A = 1.44 ohms

got my part p assesment in 2 weeks or so, completed my two jobs back in early may to 16th standard, will i need the 17th edition OSG and regs or will my 16th be fine...
