Certification for allotments

Hi, this isn't exactly the right place for this but I didn't want to post this publicly ... I'm installing a solar-powered pump for an allotments (i.e. the whole site) and as far as I can work out there are no notifications I need to do, I've obviously kept it all to BS7671 and the 3rd Edition...

certification! PLEASE HELP

Can anyone help me regarding certification. Im thinking of starting up on my own and joining the NICEIC domestic scheme. on there website it says they need certification of jobs from the previous 12 months to show them in the assessment. How am i to do this if i haven't been able to sign work...
