Im working on a 15 bedroom nursing home, all on suite. Also has commercial laundry and kitchen, dayroom,TV room etc. I have calculated the total load to be 260 Amps, not allowing for diversity.
Currently has single phase supply with a 60A fuse.
Wheres the best(cheapest) place to get a 12v transformer for an extracter fan? also I'v been told I could just use a lighting transformer but I'v tried one and it didn't work, is there a lighting transformer I could use?

Do you know, if there is a proper way to use "standard" twin and eath cable for Two way light switching?
I know 3 core and eath cable should be used in this case, but it's very difficult to replace an existing ( twin and eath) cables...

Could be helping carry out a PIR on a hospital soon through an agency. Done plenty of domestic and some commercial, but not hospitals.

I'm looking at using Wago connectors soon for general domestic lighting. I'm not keen on terminate all the cables into the ceiling rose, so I'm going to use Wago connectors and drop a tail down to the light fitting.
Do Wago junction boxes have screw holes? Don't like the idea of leaving them...

Evening. I own 2 pairs of yellow fibreglass step ladders, 1 pair at 1 metre and the other at just over 2 metres. I am now wanting to purchase a set of either double or triple aluminium ladders for using when putting up outside lights etc.
