    Shower help

    Girl rang me said her shower wasn't working went round pulled the cord light came on, on the switch. Turned the shower on at the shower and not only does it not work but the light in the pull cord goes out! Any ideas??

    Ring continuity test results. Help please.

    I'm rather new to testing and interpreting results. Did a test two weeks ago on a new ring installed then with continuity results L-L 0.37, N-N 0.36, E-E 0.60 and L- E 0.25. All good. Tested it today and got results L-L 0.17, N-N 0.17, E-E 0.39, L-E 0.05. Not good. I'm testing it again tomorrow...

    Hi all need some advice when filling out test results on eicr's after carrying out live zs tests do you leave out R1 R2 column as in a lot of cases the measured reading is below ze value do you just make a note that it is a measurement and not a calculation? any help appreciated

    well that was fun! very limited testing of dc turned up at job this morning a field of solar panels to test 5 mins instructions off we went carried out irpos to earth array neg to earth array polarity isc with test isolat voc managed to test 1 string pair on 50 invertors not bad for first day!
