    Hello everyone, are you guys using radials circuits or are you still doing rings, if you are using radials what size circuits for living rooms & bedrooms are a good size. also do they have to have heat detectors as i thought only smoke alarms was required Many Thanks Jim:)

    Does anyone know the rules regarding fans and rewires .Been to look at a potential rewire and the existing building has no fans in kitchen(which is limited for space with 2ft wall)and bathroom(which has a flat roof with roof window) so has ventilation.
