Hi all Ive been asked to run the coax in for a tv system ? they want to be able to have sky+ and/or digi tv at all the outlet points (lounge kit 3 beds) I was thinking of running 2 x coaxes + 1 x 2pr BT one coax will be combined in the loft with sky and digi and then split using a diplexed...- shocked

Sky tv in bedrooms
Hi Guys, I'm looking to send sky to 4 rooms in my house. I have 4 coaxial cables coming from each room up into the attic, can anyone tell what I need to join the cables and to transmit the signal to the 4 rooms?Do I need to run a coax from the back of the digbox etc. James- kodirl

I have just cut into a sky cable and re-joined it and i am getting a break up of signal on some channels ................. i have tested the run and it shows no shorts etc so im wondering if its to do with the joint etc.............
