LED Stair lights -help with products

Hi Sparkies, I have been asked to improve lighting in a hall stairway. Its an unusual layout as there are other properties (flats) on either side of the stairs. The stairs run from the front door up to the first floor flat. I can make some improvements to the ceiling lighting reasonably easily...

Communal stair lighting and outdoor security cert.

Hi Guys n Gals been while. Asked to do alter some communal stairs lighting in flats and fresh install of some security lighting outside. basically block of flats with car park/ garden etc.. First i thought this would be non notifiable, but been told i might be wrong now>? any ideas.? Also...
