    Led Lamp still dim when 2 way + intermediate switches are off

    Landing light is not fully switching off when operating the 3 switches on the landing/hallway. A small voltage (less than 40v) is present between the switched live and neutral. After trying a new lamp it worked fine. Any ideas anyone??
