The ducting is 64mm black ridgid type ducting, used in blocks of flats etc. For SSE ( the supply authority, DNO) to pull in their orange concentric cable .
we've installed the ducting, the runs are approx 10m max in length. Unfortunately some of the original...

Anyone installed long lengths of this?
Customer wants it stuck on top of a picture rail around a room (about 20m), there will also be breaks in the picture rail for doors etc.
Just need a heads up on pitfalls with this sort of length required.

Hello,
I'm looking for a decent nylon tape for pulling cable through conduit but when I search for them on the net they are described as one of two things; Draw Tapes or Fish tapes.
Does anyone happen to know whether there is any difference between a "Draw Tape" and a "Fish Tape"?
Many thanks!
Hello,
Can anyone point me to the specific regulation that using a connector block and electrical tape contravenes?
And what do you use as an alternative?
Thanks a lot!
