PAT Testing ? it looks like they are sending out messages that things are to change

This is the closest I could find, picture-wise, to what I'm looking for, and they're not right. These are for fixing pipes. Newbie - Advice required on RCD tripping
I have a consumer unit with 80A 30mA RCD fitted. It has been regularly tripping out during the day, mostly when I'm not in but with seemingly no patten.
