I'm compiling a list of assumptions for the project side of this qualification and have got writers block. Could anyone help me with some ideas of the assumptions an examiner expects to see in the project. Any help would be much appreciated.
I will be enrolling to take the 2396 Design & Verification course due to run this September.
The center running it is Belfast Met and they need 15 people enrolled for the course to run.

Currently trying to gather as much information about training providers for the 2396 course. I have looked at Hull college but they do it on evening and I can't guarantee I can make it too hull for 12 weeks on the trot with work etc.

Hi does anybody know where I can do the eal initial verification course near Manchester in the evenings. I have my c&g 2395 periodic but the eal sounds easier to me.
This was City and Guilds 2391 (Closed Book Course, impressive to all the persons who have done and passed it) this changed to 2394 Initial Verification and 2395 for Periodics
Most places do it at the same time as they are basically the same course but with two different tests and paper work. So...

just looking into doing this, i am an industrial electrician do a lot of testing meggering motors, coils etc,but do all installations within the factory things which drop into just wondering as regards the practical test is it sockets, lights etc.. and what sort of testing experience is...
Just wondering if this course SELECT - Scotland's Electrical Trade Association is same as the testing and inspection c+g 2391 (or 2394/5 whatever it is now!!)
