08 transit

A light has came on the dash, when you look at manual it says the drive train, which when you look online it relates to egr valve or some say needs to go on diagnostic ..

Any if you guys have transit and can enlighten me...

Usual EGR valve symptoms are lose of power (limp home mode) and clouds of black smoke.

needs to go on a magic diagnosis machine to see if it's a fault or a glitch that just needs a reset.

buy some forte turbo cleaner , pour it into your fuel tank when theres less than quarter tank left and take for a spin on the motorway it will clean out ur egr valve , turbo and map sensor , either that or google where to locate the egr valve and map sensor , usually easy to get off and clean all the carbon crap from them
