Hi, please could anybody help me with a wiring diagram for wiring up two adjacent bathrooms to the same fan via relays? The fan is located in the attic space and would need both switches to independently switch the fan. Thanks in advance

Sorry guys computer went down last night! Thanks for replies. It is a vortice lineo VO fan ducting out of the soffit. Obviously an expensive fan and both bathrooms small especially the one in question. I have wired two bathrooms tthrough a single fan before using 2 contractors but cannot remember the wiring. If anybody knows of a wiring diagram or can draw it simply for me I would be very gratefull. :)

Well the double pole light switches are achieving absolutely nothing in the two bathroom set-up. I assume they are there because you can't buy a single pole pull cord.

It does as if you use single pole that also switches the light on, the light in the other bathroom would come on as well

Laurie - just check the drawing again. One pole of each switch switches the fan and the other pole switches the light in that room. All looks good to me.
