What is performance of PV panels on Moonlight.(According to D.G companies)

There's a (vaguely) serious question there! Is it technically possible to convert moonlight to electricity? and if it is would it be economical if the maximum theoretical efficiency were achieved.

Yes with all these clouds and rain it would be nice to see the moon so I could have a good howl at it

Isn't that in effect what happens with tidal? Not using "moonlight" as such but rather the gravity of the moon.

Q/ So Cash And Dash after 10 years of monitoring your 2 comparitive solar systems what conclusions can be drawn between them?

A/ I am afraid I am not prepared to release the results in their present form because a suitable monitoring period has not yet been reached.

remember that FEED IN TARIFF its now 2p a kwh and there are consultations to drop it to 0kwh
we are being charged 60p a kwh including the co2 taxes from our supplier whats the point in it all wish i had solar 10 years ago now :censored:
 
BG have visited to say the dylithium crystals need changing so the very nice service engineer is going to work out a repayment plan that lets us keep the house until we die plus the bonus is it will not affect our funeral plans so we get 2 cars and some nice flowers after all
 
My electricity bill is £6000 and my Gas bill is £5000 per annum.

My household bills are getting expensive.

Is Solar Worth it?

That is today's costs for some people in 10 years time that will be Half as much again ontop
