This dust collector is currently wired to 110v. I need to swap it to 220v. What do I do? This hurts my brain.

Red and yellow on the top center connector
black on top left
grey on top right
leave the red and black where they are.
 
Is it just me, or does it look like that isolator switch is switching the earth as well as neutral and live?
For the original question, draw a thick black line on the wiring diagram, vertically from the 'D' in diagram, and it makes more sense.

I thought it might be a US isolator, ie switching the neutral and 2 hots, which is now being used in the UK. If this is the case then you may be right about it now switching the earth.
 
I agree the ground looks switched. They are in the US so maybe one for @Megawatt.
