I found the circuit at fault (lighting)

I also pulled breaker for the lighting and was ok but it also took power of 3 sockets
that tells me there's some serious problem with how it's been wired.

the earth would have to be missing from near to the cu end of the circuit. what is more worrying is that by isolating lights, you are losing power to 3 sockets.

trying not to over complicate.

2 possible causes

1, Earth leakage on a class 1 appliance

2, Crosse cpc and N

the first sould be easy enough to eliminate, and the second im afrais you are going to have to trace the circuit a leg at a time investigating every outlet and junction

Sorted the sockets out but still Cant find this problem grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr agggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Also found no earth on water ooooooooo errrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Do you think some cable some place is crushed and this is y its getting the voltage ?

If its a TNCS system i think youll find that the problem is a faulty or missing neutral do some R2& Rn tests check the Ze at the board
