15A or 20A GFCI?

I have several 15A outlets connected to a 20A circuit. This circuit continues to our deck. Should I install a 15A or 20A GFCI outlet on the deck?

Yes by the NEC you are required to have a GFCI receptacle with bubble cover. About the receptacles rated at 15 amps, that’s normal and they sell outlets rated 20 amps but is usually installed on dedicated circuits.

Thanks for the reply, but I still am unclear as to whether I should install a 15A or 20A GFCI on the deck.

Install a 15 amp GFCI receptacle

@GBDamo a GFCI is the same thing as an RCD

If the circuit is a 20a circuit, then install a 20A GFCI, otherwise a 15A will do. Check out the wire size (12ga = 20A) and circuit breaker (20A breaker should have a 12ga. wire attached to be a 20A circuit). A 14ga. wire is used in a 15A circuit and it should be protected by a 15A GFCI and a 15A breaker.

15A GFCI's are 20A feed through, as long as there is more then 1 receptacle on a circuit 15A receptacles are code compliant on a 20A circuit. No need to waste money on 20A receptacles.
