17th edition forms

Folks, anybody know where I can download a decent version of the minor and major works forms. I've used castline software but it has stopped working and I've just done a job for My NICEIC inspection in 2 weeks. I know I can photo copy them from the 17th regs bit wanted something a bit more professional.

If you search the forum you will find some models forms on here somewhere, think it is a sticky somewhere.
