Hi thereI recently moved from Ireland to London I'm a qualified electrician trained in Ireland I have completed the cscs card and am looking to get my ecs cardDo I have to complete the 17 th edition in order to get my Ecs card Or does anybody know any other way of getting itAnt help would be great

I would say yes you do.
You can take the test and get the certificate, but the JIB won't as far as I'm aware issue a card without the 17th.
