I recognise those frequencies, it is not a Walkie Talkie, it's a ham radio, and one needs a licence to use it. PMR466 is what I would call a Walkie Talkie.
The forum has no influence on what shows up on advertising.
All that happens is that the forum reserves a bit of space on the page for adverts, then google, or ad choices or whoever insert whatever advert they like.
The content of ads should follow your own searches via cookies on your computer….. or from your IP address of your house… meaning you may get adverts for all your families searches as well.
Not just typed searches either. That smart speaker in the corner constantly listens to you.

The more interesting question is what licence is needed - does "I'm not going to press the Tx button" make it count as a receiver rather than a transmitter ?
