I have a small office space with 6 rooms in NJ, all lit by overhead LED tube fixtures. Suddenly all the fixtures on one of the light switches stopped working. The circuit breaker is on and working the switches are working fine, the fixture is getting electric up to the LED tubes. But there are 18 bulbs total in 6 fixtures and none are working. As I was trying to troubleshoot this afternoon, I went to take an LED tube out and when I got one end out, it touched the metal fixture housing and lit! so none of them work when properly inserted into the fixture but they work if one end is touching the aluminum fixture. What could it be that is affecting all 6 fixtures?

Loose neutral somewhere… possibly at panel or at the last light before it goes to panel.

You say you’re getting power through the switch and up to the fitting…. Are you using a 2 prong voltage tester or just a non touch light up pen?
