Your guess is as good as mine. I don't think they'll be any further amendments to the 17th now though, so the next time it will be 18th.

fwiw I think that the IET need to stop making new changes and concentrate on all the stupid regs that they have changed / added / duplicated / confused before they issue the 18th.

I understand that 18th will be released in July 2018 and full implementation (as per usual) beginning 2019.
