As per the title is there technically an issue with having a 2 gang light switch with one switch on the lighting circuit and the other on a ring circuit (via an FCU). The ceiling light is on the light circuit and the wall lights are on the ring circuit.

This isn't something I would personally recommend or install, but that I came across.
