@Engineer
This UPS is MORE than capable of dealing with the load of this circuit. In fact a couple of extension leads would do it, well not really as they are permanent outdoor fixtures but you know what I mean.

Testing and commissioning, yes well, blind leading the blind with blindfolds on at night.

@Tony & Specialist
I'm taking care and absolutely I'm taking a stand. I was lucky, the next guy may not be.

If that's the case, and there are not any planned future large loads to cover, i would certainly be asking WHY they are dual feeding!! Not only dual feeding, but dual feeding on the final distribution panels too. As stated earlier, Normal and Stand-by supplies are best organised from the installations main switchboard, this way, it's the main supply that changes to feed the downstream DBs, Not the final circuit MCB's. Which is pure lunacy to be honest!!!

Unfortunately it's going to take a bit of work getting rid of those DB cross feeding circuits, but once done, safety will be returned to some degree on your site ...lol!! I say to some degree, because i'm wondering what else they could have possibly done on your site electrical systems...lol!!

If they don't want to put things right as above then they will have to electrically interlock all the main. sub-man, and final distribution boards (DBs) MCCB's. Manual key interlocking is probably not a viable proposition if your working on a continuous process plant of any kind!!
