230V caravan installation

What documentation is required after wiring up a single phase installation in a caravan?
All mains testing has been done as if it were a domestic installation and tests out nicely.. I can do a domestic installation cert although the parts specifying the supply I feel are a bit superfluous as it could be from any applicable 230v supply, it's not fixed.
Also the requirements of section 721 have been adhered to.
Is a caravan classed as a Building? Does it need a Building Regs certificate?
I was going to enquire my assessor but judging from some of the comments I see on the forum, thought I'd ask here first..

Do you have a copy of Part P of the building regs ?

Yes I have a copy and there doesn't appear to be anything in there about caravans, so i'm assuming not notifiable, just wanted to make sure..
Is there not much work about in the Woking area then?

An EIC with no notification. If this is a repeated requirement, then maybe a custom cert derived from the model cert in BS7671, but modified (and simplified) to suit.
