2330 Two way strapper method

Hello All,
I'm about half way through my 2330 level to in which i am about to start the 2 way strapper method. As the paperwork is very vague as is the information i am getting of my tutor's i was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I would like to know the full method and also what materials i will need for the job.

I know this sound's very basic but i've never really done any electrical work before this course and i'd rather get all the information i can about all the work i carry out.

baqsically you are feeding the light through 2 switches if you look at the preceding diagrams, myou can see that either switch being operated will change the state of the feed to the load. trace the feed through the diagram then , in your mind switch one switch over.

Thanks Phil. I prefer to be shown or talked through thing's as i understand and remember them alot better. I shall have a good look at the diagram's some of the people have put on this link and hopefully they will become alot clearer to me.
