ah, how was is? ive not had the misfortune of doing that one. im guessing a lot of formulae and multi choice questions?

There is the online multichoice 1 hour, and the written exam 2 hours.

Questions were fairly random, Star & Delta VL & Vp IL & Ip differences. Tx operating principles. Basics of electro magnetism. neutral currents in unbalanced TP 4 wire system calcs etc etc.

How did you manage not to do these ones out of interest?

because I had already completed 2330 lvl3 and they were happy for me just to do the units not covered by 2330 e.g. the enviromental/renewables unit.

yeah I was just wondering what the exam was like I might take a mock later to see how much I have forgotten

obviously it is possible to wing the online exam. The written is more difficult but not that bad i thought. Passed both first time but still lots to learn and even more to remember. What site do you use for the mock ones?

swindon massive has a lot of multiple choice exams similar to coty and guilds practise questions

it will tell you the answer to the question after you have answered them etc
