2377 C&G PAT Testing

I'm just about to do a two day course for the 2377 C&G PAT Testing.
Does the course start from the beginning or do you have to have knowledge of PAT testing already?

That probably depends on who the course is with & only they will be able to tell you the extent of it.
Some training providers just teach you how to pass the exam, some actually teach you how to do the subject.

If it is a 2 day course then it is likely to cover everything - real basic stuff included. The one day course is for people who already have electrical experience - well that's what my College told me when I inquired. A full time sparky did the Course while I was there, he said it was harder than he expected, and he did learn things.

It turned out to be only a one day course which I have now passed
thankfully. It was fairly difficult though.
