Hi wagne...thanks for the answers....it took you that long....hii..hiii...well done mate..
it took me almost an hour....cos i just had the book and haven't got used to it....guess i have to crack down reading this book....i'm start the course the end of next month...

Ps: question 2,9 and 10...is the answer in the book or something you all ready new.
and i think Easyfox posted ques.4 by mistake..there is no section 771..!!

all from the book by the use of the contents list at the front and the index at the back,
the way you use the book hasnt changed just the content
i would have been quicker but the wife kept nagging me over something:mad:
some one else needs to tell me if im right or wrong:confused:

A few more for you to try.

(1) For circuits having a nominal voltage above 500v, the minimum insulation resistance is

I should think im gonna sound pretty stupid now but at first glance i would have said 200ms as it should be protected by a 30mA RCD.

Where have i gone wrong?

not all socket outlets need to be on an RCD

it could be under the supervision/control of a skilled/instructed person, or it could be labelled for one specific item of equipment, in which case no RCD and 0.4 S applies
