2382 exam

Hi all

In the 2382-20 2 hour exam does the questions fall in order of the regs book?

Mine certainly didn't but i know others whose did.

I think it's just a lottery.

Mine didn`t either,have to agree with Sintra about it being a lottery.
But as long as you know your way around 7671 you should be fine .

I didn't think it would its just Ive read a few places that it does and I purchased this book

Its a good book but everything follows in order of regs book pretty much which I don't mind while learning
but would prefer it a bit more like the real thing. I am booked on a 3 day course which i suppose that should help as well!

Anyone know of any other places for good paper examples?

I was jumping from one page to another after answers best advice I can gve is use the index at the back of the book try and pick key words of the questions then serch for them in index

first section 1, 4 questions in mine was out of part 1 then question 5-7 was section 2 part 2 of regs, q 8 - 12 was in part 3 , q 13 -26 was section 4 in part 4 , q 27 - 41 section 5 in part 5, q 42 -47 section 6 in part 6 , q 48 - 57 section 7 part 7and the last section 8 was on the appendices questions 57 - 60 hope that makes sense but the answer eg q 1- 4 could be in any bit of that part of the regs part 1 so you will find you have to flip back a few pages but it does take you through the regs part by part
use the index and the contents and chapters and there will be key words in the question like protection are mostly in part 4 protection for safety. e.g. additional protection, ADS, electrical seperation, protection against burns etc etc

Everyone who does the exam gets the same questions but as it's done online they are mixed up so no one has the same question as someone else.
