After recently passed level 2, of the 2330,I'am looking forward to a year of level 3,(a bit more practical I hope), & my question is,could I take the 2382 whilst taking level 3 ?

Not sure about the 2382 but don't bank on doing much practical in your 3rd year 2330.
I did mine in London and honestly wore my boots about three times in the whole year.
Forget your tools and load up on calculator batteries.
Good luck.
