Does anybody have any good mock questions / practise questions and answers for the 2391 inital verification and periodic inspection and testing.

I have been using electriciantraining.co.uk. however i have found the questions and answers to be abit iffy. After cross referencing the answers with this forum and also within a group chat for other apprentices, some questions and answers dont seem to be correct.

If there are any other mocks to use out there that are free or reasonable. Please let me know.

Thanks

Hi mate, I finished my 2391 one last month and have a copy of the exam preparation iet book which is about £20. I was meant to give it to my tutor to pass on to students but I completely forgot. It has 3 lots of exam questions 2391-50, 51 and 52 and it’s good because the answers page will reference you to where to look up the info in the wiring regs book.

I also have this handout booklet from the course, I won’t include the folder part because it will bulk out the packaging costing more to post but there’s quite a bit of info in there and there’s 3 lots of examples questions in there 2391-50, 51 and 52 and the tutor has also made some questions to put in the back.

Both books have markings on there, pencil, coloured pencil, pen. I would suggest to rub them out or put markings in all the answers so they are all equal and you don’t just answer what I’ve ticked because it’s been marked if that makes sense because. Some of my calculations are on there too which will help. You can also see where I’ve underlined words in the questions which is good because this is how city and guilds trick you up on questions if you done read them properly.

If you want to message me me your address I can ship it out to you if you cover the cost Royal Mail first class and a padded envelope, shouldn’t be more than £5. going to the post office later to return something from Amazon anyways…
